When you use XiangYinGe, we may collect information you provide directly, including contact details, payment-related information, text submitted for speech synthesis, and audio samples uploaded for voice cloning.
We also collect technical information needed to operate the service, such as access logs, browser and device details, API usage records, and basic analytics about site performance.
We use this information only to provide and improve the service, including generating audio, processing orders, allocating credits, responding to support requests, securing accounts, and detecting abuse.
Where legally permitted and operationally necessary, we may also use aggregated data to understand product performance and usage trends, but we do not sell your content to third parties.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We receive only the minimum information required to fulfill orders, provision credits, and handle refunds, and we do not store full card or bank account details on this site.
