Accounts, Payments, and Credits
You must complete purchases and payments as described on the site. After successful payment, the related credits are provisioned automatically to your API key or the account associated with the order.
Unless a page states otherwise, applicable law requires it, or we agree in writing, consumed service credits are generally non-refundable.
Acceptable Use
You may submit text, audio, and other materials only when you have the legal right to do so, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
You may not use XiangYinGe for unlawful, deceptive, impersonation, quota-circumvention, service-disruption, or abusive API activity.
- Do not upload or generate unlawful, infringing, misleading, or hateful content
- Do not clone, publish, or commercially use another person’s voice without authorization
- Do not reverse engineer the service, scrape restricted resources, or bypass technical limits
Intellectual Property and Outputs
You retain the rights you legally hold in the content you submit. XiangYinGe processes that content only as needed to provide the service, support customers, and satisfy compliance obligations.
Unless we say otherwise, the XiangYinGe platform itself, including code, models, branding, and site content, belongs to us or the applicable rights holders.
Availability and Limitation of Liability
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service stable and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XiangYinGe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Where the law does not allow a full exclusion, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Suspension, Termination, and Updates
If we believe your activity violates these terms, threatens platform security, or creates compliance risk, we may suspend or terminate access.
We may update these terms when our product, legal obligations, or business operations change. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the current date at the top.
